Exchange & Return Policy

  • You can send the product back for exchange or refund via Aras Kargo within 14 days from the date you received the product.
  • The buyer bears the return shipping costs, so you do not need to get a return receipt from us.
  • Products must be in their original condition. Please note that the items are worn for trial purposes only and that labels, etc. Please note that they are still in their original condition.
  • The burden of proof that the product was sent back belongs to the buyer.
  • When returning, include the invoice or a note with your name, surname, order date, order number.
  • After we check your package, we will refund your money to you using the same payment method within 14 days.
  • Share your exchange information on exchange products.

  • Is the product defective or damaged?
     We apologize.
  • In such a case, we ask that you do not send the product back to us directly, but contact us first. via our email info@muruno.com.tr.
  • Simply send an email briefly describing the defect and how it occurred with relevant photographs. We will then respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
